Debra Simmons is Head of happiness at Dare2bu and the world’s best Conscious Creator!
Dare2bu is all about knowing ALL of who you truly are, both as a human and a spiritual being. Finding the balance between the two and from there Consciously Creating your best unique life. A life that excites and lights you up.
This describes Deb’s life, she has been doing this work for over ten years now, and she loves walking her talk. She plays and challenges herself by getting her hands and heart dirty in the clay of creation. She creates herself as the best DEBRA she can be in every moment.
Deb’s story involves escaping from an abusive relationship, turning her life around, and helping her children find their happy place and building a (now successful) business.
All of this has given Deb a deep grounding in the best ways to help others too.
Deb’s latest ‘play project’ is The Field of Dreams ~ she had recently bought a piece of land and is building her dream home. When she started this it looked impossible, every day it moves a little closer to being a reality.
Executive PA to Debra Simmons, Dare2BU ~ I'm a behind-the-scenes mastermind crafting seamless experiences and delighting clients with attention to detail.
Back in 2014 I hit rock bottom. Everything in my life had gone wrong and I had no idea how to put it right. Enter Aunty Deb.
In the 10+ years since then my life has changed in ways I cannot put into words: I live an extraordinary life filled with fun, love and laughter.
I love to share simple spiritual sound bites that point within.
When I am not busy updating my latest spreadsheet (I LOVE spreadsheets), it is my passion to come back to grounding myself in Truth.
Becs is a registered Nutritionist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC) and Mind-Body Coach who offers a bespoke, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. She creates a safe and supportive space where women feel truly seen, heard, and met with full presence.
Her work combines the practical foundations of personalised nutrition with mindful coaching and somatic practices, offering 360° support for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, and weight changes. Whether it’s balancing nutrition, easing anxiety, or reconnecting with the body, Becs meets each client exactly where they are.
Becs’s own journey has shaped her passion for this work. Exploring how our thoughts and inner world shape our reality has given her a deeper freedom around anxiety and a greater ability to live in the present. This experience fuels her commitment to helping others find balance, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves

Giles is a psychology graduate and former NHS surgeon who moved away from clinical practice to explore various alternative life-paths, in an accidental quest to find the source of fulfilment and happiness, ultimately realising it was there all along.
These days he writes a lighthearted “Daily Reminder” email for a growing community of like-minded people, hosts a monthly ‘GP’ surgery with a difference, has a monthly wellbeing column in the Focus Magazine, and delivers restorative coaching sessions for individuals, both online and outdoors in the Brecon Beacons National Park, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
He has worked extensively with busy Health & Social Care staff, and his 6 week “Reconnect Programme” was found by the UK’s What Works Centre for Wellbeing, to be the most effective way to improve staff wellbeing and mental health, out of 200 different interventions across the UK.
He has appeared on more than 50 podcast episodes as a guest, and audio versions of his writing are featured on the Insight Timer app.
When not working, he's usually riding his bike, somewhere in the hills.

Liz Scott’s journey weaves together storytelling, community, and the quiet wisdom of nature.
A former BBC reporter, she spent years working in schools and communities before becoming a leadership and wellbeing coach, guiding others towards clarity and resilience.
Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to mental wellbeing and in the belief that walking and time in nature can transform how we lead and live.
Recently, Liz walked a 630-mile pilgrimage along the Michael and Mary energy currents in England— a journey that not only deepened her dedication to fostering healthy, connected communities, but also marked the beginning of a personal transition.
She now finds herself moving into an as-yet-unknown direction, embracing uncertainty as an integral part of her path.
